Founding:
01.07.1975 by Hans-Hinrich Lohse, after he had been active in responsible positions in sales and purchase in a worldwide operating Timber trading group.
Since the founding, the company is leaded by the founder and since 2009 also by his sons Frank and Thomas Lohse. Furhter, the family holds every share of the company.
Locations and company size:
Büdelsdorf: with 40.000 square meters, half of it is covered.
Minden/Westfalen: Here we store African logs.
Bremen and Hamburg: Container storing from overseas porducts from Asia, Afrika, North America.
Total Inventory:
In all locations, we store more than 10.000 Massiv-Hardwood, Konstruktion-Material, Interior-Doors, Flooring and Variotec – Products.
Purchase/Import:
We import from well-known quality mills and production factories from Indonesia, Malaysia, North America, Scandinavia, Russia and especially from Africa. In Africa, we have direct business relationship to the best Groups for more than 20 years.
Sales/Wholesale:
In principle, we only sell to companies. Our customers are located in Germany and our neighbor States in Europe, which makes around 15% of our turnover.
